As a field sales and marketing representative, you will be the face of Rem Organics in the field, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, managing accounts, and executing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive product uptake.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Target Modern Trade outlets, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets etc.
3. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
4. Conduct regular sales visits for new orders and feedback
5. Organize and participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
6. Collaborate with the team to develop localized marketing strategies and materials.
7. Outbound marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
8. Monitor and report competitive activities.
9. Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and market expansion.
10. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
11. Lead Management- Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports.
