About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with clients over the phone.
2. Attend training sessions with attention to detail.
3. Book appointments and meet clients in person.
4. Approach hotels and hospitals for furniture requirements.
5. Report client meetings at the end of each day.
6. Establish proper documentation for client requirements.
7. Job timings: 12 PM to 7 PM, 6 days a week. Job days and timings are flexible as per requirements.
8. Candidate must have a two-wheeler.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of revenue generated ).
1. Monthly fixed stipend of Rs 5,000/- including fuel charges.
2. Commission of 3-5% of the total sales value generated in the month by the intern.
3. Depending on performance, the internship can convert to a business development executive role within 3-6 months.
4. In case of non-performance, removal from the role will occur with a fair notice period of up to one week after one month.
