Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out a BTL (below the line) marketing internship focusing on reaching out to nurses and explaining the potential career opportunities in Germany. You'll need a candidate who is both outspoken and highly motivated. And reporting it back to the line manager.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit hospitals, nursing schools, and healthcare institutions to meet and engage with nurses.
2. Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and flyers that detail the benefits and process of moving to Germany for work.

4. Develop a strong understanding of the concerns and aspirations of nurses regarding international careers.
5. Gather feedback to refine the approach and materials used in the outreach.

7. Build relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and nursing schools to facilitate ongoing engagement.
