Gateway Properties is seeking a business development (sales) intern to join our dynamic team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Achieve the assigned sales and collection targets
2. Handle the customers coming for project evaluation
3. Focus on the closure of sales leads generated through print and digital campaigns
4. Prospect (acquire) new clients by networking, cold calling, using the leads provided or using customer referrals
5. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs and site visits
6. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
7. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
8. Update MIS/ERP from time to time
9. Keep track of new trends and competition
10. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
