About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented business operations executive intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and supporting overall business operations. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking to grow their career in sales and business operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Business support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with clients and internal teams. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Support the sales team in tracking and following up on leads and opportunities.
2. Client communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed. Handle client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and other documents.
3. Business operations: Support the business operations team in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management. Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and other activities. Help in managing inventory, procurement, and logistics as needed. Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.

1. Any bachelors degree with very good communication skills.
2. 3 months to 2 years of experience in sales coordination or business operations, or a related field.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
8. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
