About the internship
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic training and development intern to join our Careers and Preparation team at the Internshala Placement Guarantee Course. The ideal candidate should have an attitude to get things done with attention to detail, strong written & verbal communication, and a learning mindset. As a Training & Development intern, you will be empowering students to kickstart their corporate journey:
What will you do?
1. Evaluate and counsel students one on one that enroll with Internshala s Placement Guarantee Course to ensure their resumes align with the industry standards
2. Deliver and meet set targets for resume evaluation and preparation on a monthly basis
3. Help students create resumes and cover letters alongside provide constructive feedback to all the PGC candidates
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Corporate engagement team, Program Delivery team, and external stakeholders including recruiters and hiring managers
