Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct meetings to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.
2. Maintaining and updating client proposals, quotations, and event working sheets on a regular basis.
3. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
4. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
5. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
6. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
7. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.
9. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of Social Media Tools.
2. team player able to work unassisted with a flexible approach to assisting with workload within the department.
3. Comfortable working on MS PowerPoint, excel, etc.
4. Comfortable working with new research tools.
5. Comfortable being hands-on and with a can-do attitude.
