As a client service intern at Ankur Pandey Company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, along with your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint will be invaluable in this role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely responses to inquiries.
2. Assist in creating presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to showcase our services and results.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and to the client's satisfaction.
4. Manage client relationships by maintaining regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Organize and update client information in our database to ensure accuracy and easy access to important details.
6. Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
7. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for enhancing our client servicing processes.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per lead generation and closer ).
