Client Servicing Internship

Responsibilities:-
Manage client relationships and guest communication for various events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand ABEC's client base.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain detailed client profiles and event information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
Travel throughout India to attend meetings, visit potential clients, and oversee event logistics.
