About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct daily bulk data audits, prepare reports, analyze, and work on corrections.
2. Add and manage accounts/contacts within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Conduct quick one-on-one training sessions with all users.
4. Gather requirements and feedback to improve our data systems and user experience.
5. Coordinate with and assist users in their daily operations, providing hands-on support and guidance.
6. Assist in maintaining data hygiene and contribute to the existing data correction.

5. Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality would be preferred.
