Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
2. Provide support to clients in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu to ensure clear and effective communication.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze customer data for improved service delivery.
4. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to problems or concerns.
5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues in a timely manner.
6. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and drive customer satisfaction.
