Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

We are looking for a female Intern for CRM (Customer relationship management)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and ensure their satisfaction.
2. Serve as our customers' primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipping solutions.
4. Monitor and analyze customer activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any field.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
