About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and offer assistance throughout their purchasing journey.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and delivery.
5. Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies, including campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer success management.
