About the internship
Ariya Club, a community initiative under Ariya Decor Pvt. Ltd., focuses on engaging student interest-based communities and promoting active participation in events across colleges.
As an event management intern at Ariya Club, you will be instrumental in fostering community engagement and expanding the Ariya Club membership base across various colleges. You will play a pivotal role in organizing, promoting, and executing events, as well as enhancing student participation and enthusiasm within the Ariya Club community.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage student interest-based communities to promote Ariya Club membership and events
2. Approach college societies and student organizations to encourage membership and active participation
3. Visit colleges and universities to promote Ariya Club initiatives and recruit new members
4. Collaborate with college authorities and student leaders to organize promotional activities
5. Conduct outreach campaigns via phone calls and emails to attract students to participate in Ariya Club events
6. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events organized by the Ariya Club
7. Develop and implement strategies to promote Ariya Club events across different colleges and student communities
8. Utilize social media platforms, posters, and other promotional materials to increase event visibility and participation
9. Implement initiatives to increase student engagement and attendance at Ariya Club events
10. Gather feedback and suggestions from participants to enhance future event planning and execution

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse student groups effectively.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and event promotion techniques is advantageous.
