Event Management Internship

As an event management intern at Happy & Hungry - The Event Co., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of events. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in effectively communicating with clients and vendors. Your knowledge of MS Excel and MS-PowerPoint will also be essential in assisting with event logistics and presentations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline creation
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels
3. Creating and maintaining event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring costs stay within budget
4. Assisting with on-site event management, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
5. Conducting post-event surveys and analysis to gather feedback and improve future events
6. Assisting in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients
7. Continuously seeking out new trends and ideas to enhance the overall event experience for attendees
