About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Growth Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in growth strategies, product development & marketing. As a Growth Intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about business problem solving, strategic decision-making and being eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid advertising, guerrilla marketing)
2. Analyze user data to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.
3. Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and user experience.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital analytics.
6. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor s or master s degree program, preferably in engineering, marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
2. Problem-solving aptitude and keenness for details.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Passion for digital marketing, growth hacking, and startup culture.
