Hostel Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they receive a warm reception and feel at ease
2. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
3. Offer information about local attractions, events, and transportation options to assist guests during their stay
4. Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction
5. Utilize hostel management software to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
6. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms for incoming guests
7. Supervise maintenance tasks to uphold the hostel's upkeep and promptly address any issues that arise
8. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency
9. Prepare daily revenue and expense reports to track financial performance accurately
10. Enforce safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff members
11. Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents following established procedures to maintain safety standards
12. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hostel to provide a comfortable environment for guests
