Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Ensure job descriptions are clear, concise, and attract the right candidates.
3. Use various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, university career sites) to identify and attract potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
5. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
6. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
