3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Providing support in employee relations and conflict resolution
5. Assisting with performance management and training initiatives
6. Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
7. Assisting in HR compliance and regulatory requirements

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per selected candidate).
