We are seeking a motivated HR intern to join our team and support our recruitment efforts, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent sourcing:
i. Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
ii. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
2. Interview coordination:
i. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ii. Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.
3. Candidate engagement:
i. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
ii. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
4. Recruitment analytics:
i. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status.
ii. Assist in preparing recruitment reports and updates for the HR team and management.
5. Employer branding:
i. Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives, including social media posts and recruitment campaigns.
ii. Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
