HR Intern (HR Generalist - 6 Months Renewable Contract) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
4. Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry
4. HR Operations: Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining personnel files and records. Help with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
5. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs
6. New Initiatives: Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends, and provide recommendations based on findings
7. Do internal HR communications
