HR Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the overall hiring strategy of Softel Technologies Inc. to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
2. Ensure the hiring needs of the company are met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
3. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
4. Form close relationships with hiring managers to clarify candidate and interviewer expectations.
5. Negotiate compensation and issue offer letters.
6. Engage with candidates pre- and post-joining to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
7. Conduct dipstick surveys and gather feedback on training programs.
