HR Operations & Payroll Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
2. Maintain HR information systems and databases
3. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other employee benefits
4. Provide support to employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies and procedures
5. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including background checks, new hire onboarding and employee orientation
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed
7. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
2. Experience in HR operations and payroll administration
3. Experience with handling HRMS and payroll processing systems
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
