About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Compile and analyze data to generate insightful reports for HR and management decision-making.
2. Support the HR team in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing results to drive improvement strategies.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate onboarding processes.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
5. Manage and report data effectively.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
