About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the team in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions. This includes utilizing various online platforms, attending job fairs, and conducting phone screenings.
2. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system - Keka.
3. Support with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

5. A passion for learning and a desire to gain experience in talent acquisition.

6. Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
