Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR
2. Ensuring policies are set in the company for employees of all levels
3. Developing and implementing programs to improve employee engagement and retention
4. Developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
5. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
6. Ensuring employees update the biometric login and logout on a daily basis
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to employee attendance, payroll, and benefits
8. Ensuring all the office necessities are audited and kept in stock for usage
