As a Human Resources (HR) intern at DocTutorials Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress.
4. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
5. Providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
6. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
