About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
3. Help organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and event planning.
6. Assist in compiling and updating employee data for payroll processing.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems.

6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
