About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for various positions within the manufacturing firm
2. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
3. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
5. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and next steps
6. Assist with creating and maintaining HR reports and documentation
7. Perform other administrative tasks to support the HR team
