About the internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ANJ CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in English Proficiency (Spoken & Written), MS-Excel, MS-Word, Effective Communication, and MS-Office. Your role will involve various responsibilities to support the HR team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Participate in onboarding activities for new employees and help coordinate orientation sessions.
3. Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for staff development.
6. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
7. Assist in conducting HR-related research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
