About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
2. Helping prepare onboarding materials and coordinating new hire orientation
3. Supporting employee engagement activities and addressing employee inquiries
4. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
5. Assisting with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
6. Supporting performance management system (PMS) activities
7. Coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development (L&D)
