Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and databases.
3. Gain exposure to payroll processes by assisting in payroll preparation and data entry.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
6. Learn and apply HR policies and procedures under the guidance of HR professionals.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
8. Contribute to the overall success of HR operations by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
9. Develop professional skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from HR team members.
