About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(a) Lead generation and management:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns and social media.
2. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.

(b) Sales process management:
1. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
3. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

(c) Customer relationship management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

(d) Market and product knowledge:
1. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
2. Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and their benefits.

(e) Administrative duties:
1. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
2. Update CRM software with relevant customer information and sales data.
