Lead Generation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting customers via telephone daily to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and gather feedback
2. Recording all customer interactions and details accurately in our database
3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service during all communications
4. Identifying customer needs and escalating inquiries or issues to the appropriate department
5. Preparing and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback
6. Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and support sales efforts
7. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer outreach and data collection
8. Providing regular updates and reports on customer interactions and feedback to the management team
