About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meeting with students/allied partners on a regular basis to drive discussions and sessions.
2. Working as the face of SR Counselling in the markets & representing the company in student, and partner meetings at & outside our premises.
3. Conducting seminars in schools, colleges, and coaching classes.
3. Making appointments & identifying prospective partners in the market within the education/student training/coaching vertical.
4. Teaming up with other existing employees in the organization to ensure regular training and keep the team updated on the company's latest offerings.
5. Generating new leads by meeting with new potential partners to ensure business growth in the future.
6. Follow up with any students to make sure that they are satisfied with the education sessions and seminars.
7. Meeting with students on a regular basis to ensure service satisfaction.
8. Discovering how to market SR Counselling's services to new students.
9. Working with the marketing department to design & develop new plans to boost sales & develop the business.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per leads getting converted per seminar).
