About the internship

The merchant promotions content team is responsible for onboarding the customer with merchant promotions and reviewing the content submitted by the merchant according to certain guidelines Google has created.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on basic outreach to merchant POCs for onboarding setup
2. Making merchant center configurations
3. Reviewing the promotions submitted by merchants according to the editorial guidelines and if any promotion is not adhering to the guidelines, rejecting such promotions
4. Reviewing the merchant's website and doing the validation test to check whether the promotion the merchant has implemented is working fine or not

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

1. Familiarity with e-commerce, and retail and some knowledge of Google Shopping

2. Proven excellence in judgment, problem-solving, and analytical ability

3. Proven ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and maintain an eye for detail

4. Effectively escalate issues with clear communication

5. Quick learner and self-starter

6. English fluency including cultural and contextual nuances

7. Candidates should be comfortable in rotational shifts i.e. evening, morning, and night
