The intern will support various tasks and projects of different departments. As an MBA Intern, you will work closely with industry professionals, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and contributing to projects that drive operational excellence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with different departments to support ongoing business operations and strategic initiatives
2. Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance business performance
3. Conducting data analysis and market research to inform decision-making processes
4. Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
5. Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance business operations
6. Supporting project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress

1. A Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
8. Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
