Shambhavi School of Dance, Bengaluru, was established in 1993 by Smt. Vyjayanthi Kashi, Kuchipudi Exponent, & Kendra Sangeet Natak Akademi Awardee. It is a premier Gurukul of Indian classical dance. Supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of India and the State Government, Shambhavi School of Dance imparts training to many students in India and overseas. Through performances, trainings, seminars, workshops, interactive sessions, research, and corporate events, Shambhavi has been hailed as a unique institution touching the lives of thousands of young people and shaping their dreams and aspirations. With a mission to preserve, advance, and popularize Indian classical arts in India and abroad, Shambhavi effectively networks those who support these objectives.
