Recruitment Part Time Internship

As a Recruitment intern at our Bay Area Technology Solutions company, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of HR branding, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and talent acquisition. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and has excellent written and spoken English skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
2. Utilize HR branding techniques to enhance our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of talent.
3. Manage and update our HRIS database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
6. Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with various projects as needed.
