About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and acquire comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry in a specific area/city.
2. Study the projects promoted by the company.
3. Understand and gather customers' real estate requirements following a set of SOPs.
4. Recommend the most suitable properties to customers after analyzing their requirements.
5. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and provide timely updates about the projects.
6. Speak with clients, explaining property/project details and highlighting the project's unique selling points (USP).
7. Follow up regularly with customers and update real-time follow-up data on CRM tools.
8. Accompany customers to project sites and follow through until the sale closure.
9. Post project details on the company's social media platforms.
10. Share daily status reports.
11. Adhere to office working hours from 9:45 am to 7:00 pm, respond to customer inquiries within the specified TAT (Turnaround Time), and meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
12. Follow and complete all mandatory training within the assigned time frame.

3. Experience or willingness to work with CRM, Excel, and Google Meet.

5. Have a 2-wheeler for end-to-end support.

6. Mandatory weekend working.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
