About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms and tools.
2. Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Manage recruitment databases and update candidate information using MS-Excel.
4. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
5. Communicate with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.
6. Draft job descriptions and post them on job boards.
7. Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc recruitment projects.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25000 per based on revenue).
