Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates through various channels.
2. Conducting tele-screenings and assessments of potential candidates.
3. Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress.
4. Creating and analyzing MIS reports related to recruitment activities.
5. Managing client relationships and addressing their recruitment needs.
6. Understanding job requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Preparing detailed job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
8. Posting job openings on various recruitment platforms and channels.
9. Developing a thorough understanding of industries, and job specifications, and ensuring the right fit for each position.
