About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Ideation: Develop creative and engaging content ideas for various social media platforms (mainly Instagram)
2. Scheduling and Posting:
a. Schedule and publish posts across social media channels
b. Ensure timely posting and consistency in the content calendar
3. Community Engagement:
a. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions
b. Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
c. Participate in conversations relevant to the brand and industry
4. Analytics and Reporting:
a. Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.
b. Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement
5. Administrative Tasks:
a. Maintain organized records of social media activities and content
b. Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management as needed
6. Creative Brainstorming:
a. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new social media ideas and strategies
b. Provide creative input and feedback on ongoing projects and campaigns
7. Influencer Collaboration:
a. Identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships
b. Assist in managing relationships with influencers, including outreach, negotiations, and content coordination
8. Campaign Support:
a. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns
b. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and campaigns
