HealthFlex is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition intern to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field. As an intern, you will play a vital role in helping us attract and retain top talent.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitmentt process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
3. Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
5. Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
6. Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs
7. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates
Requirements:
1. Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues
2. Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data
3. Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts
4. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
