Talent Acquisition Internship

Position Summary & Key Objectives: Support in managing the day-to-day activities related to Talent Acquisition.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes and application forms.
2. Talking to candidates and performing basic hygiene checks related to key skills and parameters for open positions.
3. Sending assessment and evaluation tests to shortlisted candidates.
4. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
5. Preparing trackers and reports as needed.
6. Ensuring timely delivery of all assigned tasks.

KPIs and Qualitative Measures:
1. Adhering to timelines.
2. Ensuring basic checks are completed.

Requirements:

1. Experience with MS Office
2. Good communication skills
3. Aptitude for learning
4. Flair for recruitment
