Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Deliver a compelling sales pitch to promote our real estate services and offerings.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
6. Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the database.
7. Continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies through training and feedback sessions.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
