About the work from home job/internship
Are you a creative individual with a passion for graphic design and multimedia production? Growth Climb is looking for a talented Graphic Design intern to join our team! As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, audio editing, audio making, and video editing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content
2. Assist in developing multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and animations to enhance our online presence
3. Making/Editing short videos/reels on Canva/AI-based tools [You will learn this in this internship if no experience yet]
4. Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations that reflect our brand identity
5. Help maintain and update our digital asset library, ensuring all graphics are organized and easily accessible
6. Support the team in brainstorming and executing creative concepts for various projects
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and multimedia production
8. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team
9. Design creatives using Canva or his/her preferred tool(s) as per the design guidelines

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (50% of monthly stipend).
