Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, such as job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Update and maintain employee records and databases accurately.
3. Aid in onboarding new hires and facilitate orientation sessions.
4. Provide support for HR initiatives, including employee engagement events and training programs.
5. Assist in performance management processes by tracking reviews and feedback.
6. Manage general HR administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing files, and responding to employee inquiries.
7. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
