Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the hiring initiatives on the various platforms
2. Sourcing profile from various portals
3. Screening and shortlisting relevant candidates
4. Replying to applicants emails, screening replies and scheduling interviews by senior HR staff
5. Completing timely reports on employment activity
6. Communicating interns information and benefits during screening process
