As an HR intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
2. Support the HR team in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and assisting with onboarding procedures.
3. Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
4. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues, fostering a positive work environment.
6. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
7. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
